Millennium Terrace Hotel - Kampala

The rooftop garden is beautiful for sunset views, and the room was super comfy-perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We loved spotless rooms and nice food.

the hotel was perfectly clean with outstandingly accommodating staff who gave the warmest of welcomes. they gave us wheelchair accessible room with cable tv, a very good bed and that was essential. we had an electric kettle and glassware.

I enjoyed the comfortable Beautiful Double Room. The bed was cozy. I also appreciated the rooftop garden. The views, especially at sunset, were amazing. Breakfast stood out with a variety of tasty options, and the service during that meal was prompt and attentive. I experienced a few inconveniences. One evening, the restaurant service was surprisingly slow. I waited an extended time for my drink order and then my food didn't meet expectations. I received a morning call about checkout that felt unnecessary since there were still hours left before the 11 am deadline. These hiccups slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The location was marvellous, not very far from Kona. There were a mall and a supermarket around the hotel. We had the double room provided with WiFi, a very good bed, for instance.

The rooftop garden provided fine views in the evenings.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with hot water , quite disappointing after long days of exploring. The restaurant service was a letdown. I waited far too long for my order, and when it arrived, the quality didn't meet my expectations. I was disturbed by an early checkout reminder call.

The room was fine and inviting with WiFi, access to Netflix etc plus cable TV. Location: the hotel was near many clubs and shops and the Acacia mall...

We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent, close to good eating spots. Further, it was near which is convenient for access to money exchange, supermarkets, restaurants, a decent mall, excellent cafes and the national museum and excellent cafes. We had a perfectly clean room with great comfort.

The location's a win, with great shops nearby. The rooftop has amazing views, but breakfast fruit could be fresher. Solid experience and clean rooms definitely make me want to return.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of local and continental dishes that set a perfect tone for the day.

The evening restaurant service was noticeably slow, which impacted my dining experience. I had to wait quite a while for my drink order.

The vibrant garden on the roof, the attentive dining service, the spacious outdoor areas was good.

Wi-Fi worked perfectly in my room. Valet parking was a convenient bonus. Only downside was some noise at night.

Recommend for a brief retreat

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a tv, located conveniently near a shopping mall and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi that worked perfectly for me .

The Beautiful Double Room was super comfy, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The bed was cozy and the staff made check-in easy. Everything felt clean and fresh. I also loved how the breakfast was served, with good variety to kickstart the day. Just a bit noisy outside due to traffic, but that's city life for you!

This place has a great location close to restaurants, shops, attractions, and clean, new rooms with comfy beds and safety features like smoke detectors.

This place was a great holiday base for a 2-night stay with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
